Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, and Parmigiano

Watch the video to see how quickly you can make this spaghetti recipe in no time flat! Cook your pasta according to package directions and reserve about 1 cup of cooking water. Then in a large skillet, sauté 2 cloves of garlic and a hearty helping of red pepper flakes in extra virgin olive oil. Add sliced cherry tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Continue to sauté and add a ladle-full of pasta cooking water. Let it bubble up. Add your cooked spaghetti, mix together and add more cooking water if needed. Garnish with basil, a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmigiano cheese. Bravo! Your vegetarian pasta meal ready!
