Perfect for ...
What is spaghetti? Spaghetti is a variety of pasta that is cut into long thin strands. Al Bronzo’s Spaghetti reimagines this iconic pasta shape by extruding it through a bronze die that is micro engraved, producing a rough and textured pasta surface. This allows for the sauce to grip perfectly to the pasta.
How should you cook spaghetti? When cooking spaghetti, it is important to make sure you have a large enough pot filled with salted water. This ensures you do not break the spaghetti during the cooking process. Pair spaghetti with traditional tomato sauce, freshly seared vegetables, seafood or classic carbonara. Cooking & Measuring
Measuring your pasta
Our Chef’s tip
Add a generous pinch of sea salt to the cooking water to enhance the pasta’s flavor.
Stir your pasta for 1 min after putting the pasta in the water.
Avoid adding oil to the water as it prevents sauce from clinging to the pasta.
Do not rinse your pasta as it removes helpful starch that allows your sauce to cling to your pasta.
Always reserve a cup of pasta water to add to your pasta sauce. It helps bring the flavors together in your pasta dish.
