Add a generous pinch of sea salt to the cooking water to enhance the pasta’s flavor.
Avoid adding oil to the water as it prevents sauce from clinging to the pasta.

COOKING YOUR PASTA

Bring 3-4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt if desired.

Add Tortellini. After water returns to a boil, cook for 10 -11 minutes. (Stir occasionally).

Drain gently and serve.
