- 1 box Barilla® Rotini
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 leek, diced small
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups green beans, cut ½ inch long
- ½ cup Romano cheese, shredded
- Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- Sauté leeks with olive oil over high heat. When slightly caramelized, add tomatoes
- Season with salt & pepper and sauté for 2 additional minutes
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. With 4 minutes remaining, add the green beans to the water
- Drain pasta & green beans and toss with sauce
- Top with cheese before serving
