- 1 box Barilla® Spaghetti
- 1 pound fresh tuna fillet
- salt to taste
- 2 ½ cups tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 4 tbl extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Cut the tuna into ¾-inch cubes
- Heat 2/3 of the oil in a pan over high heat. Add the tuna and sauté until golden brown. Remove from oil, drain, season with salt and keep hot
- Heat the remaining oil in another pan over medium heat. Add the tomato sauce and cook for about 5 minutes
- Add the fried tuna and season with salt to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes
- Meanwhile, boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions
- Drain and toss with the prepared tuna sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately
