- 1 box Barilla ® Collezione Penne
- 1 cup bacon, julienne
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, quartered
- 5 leaves of sage, chopped
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup crumbled gorgonzola

Instructions
- Place a pot of water to boil, turn on oven to 425°F
- In a small skillet render bacon until crispy
- Drain the fat on the Brussel sprouts, add olive oil, sage, salt and pepper and roast in the oven until brown
- Cook pasta according to directions, drain and toss with Brussel sprouts, bacon and crumbled gorgonzola before serving
