Ingredients for the Green Goddess Bowl:
- 1 box of Barilla® Chickpea Orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound asparagus, sliced on the bias and blanched
- 1 cup peas, blanched
- 1 lemon, juiced and zest
- ¼ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 cup prepared Green Goddess dressing
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain well, and place in a bowl.
Mix pasta with olive oil and all other ingredients, adjust seasonings, drizzle top of salad with additional dressing.
