- 1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Gemelli
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup small or medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup zucchini, halved and sliced
- ½ cup yellow squash, halved and sliced
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat, then add the shrimp, zucchini, and yellow squash. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook for one additional minute.
- Tear corner of Ready Pasta pouch to vent, heat in microwave for 60 seconds.
- Combine Ready Pasta with the shrimp and veggies. Top with cheese, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
